Cheese wax is used to coat cheese and protect it from mold, moisture loss, and insects. Cheese wax can also enhance the flavour and appearance of cheese, as well as extend its shelf life. The wax forms a tight seal around the cheese, creating an anaerobic environment that allows the cheese to mature without spoiling.
We provide an emulsion with /without “Natamycin” available in different colours which are used like cheese coating to avoid fungi growth.
